We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Please be assured that your personal details are secured and protected.
Your subscription will charge you a monthly price until canceled. The bill period starts on the day you sign up and renews on that day one month later. (Go to the "Your Subscription" tab to see your current plan and/or make changes.) You will be able to open a number of included rooms during the month. Each additional room will be charged at the rate set in your plan, on a per user per hour basis (only users who join will be counted and only for the period of time that they join.) You will see the room charge immediately on the "Charges" page once the meeting is closed. (Included rooms will be shown here as $0.) Your credit card will be charged at the end of the month, or when overage charges reach the charge threshold of $5, whichever comes first. (Your charge threshold will increase automatically at Quick Video Chat's discretion to minimize multiple small charges on your credit card.) You can see the accumulated charges on your "Charges" page. Rooms have a max occupancy set in your plan, and will timeout after the max length for the room (also set in your plan), but can be rolled over into a new room if there are any participants remaining in the room when it is closed.
You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. Upgrades will charge a pro-rated amount from the current date to the end of your billing period, give you access to the upgraded features immediately, and maintain the existing count of used rooms for the billing period. (You will then get charged the full monthly amount for the next billing period.)
Downgrades and cancelations will take effect at the end of your billing period.
The no-credit-card required free plan is offered for a limited period only and the number of accounts enrolled is capped to ensure we can cover our costs. If you upgrade off the no-credit-card plan to a paid plan, you'll make space for someone else to try Quick Video Chat without a credit card. (The free plan with credit card for overage charges is not enrollment capped, but we reserve the right to set a limit on the length of time you can stay on this plan.) No refunds are available, but you may downgrade or cancel at any time.
